One win and one loss in the last two weeks.
A bonus point away to London French was followed by a heavy loss to Kilburn Cosmos last Saturday.
Most eyes have been on the RWC over the last three weeks and the previous week's win (34-5) away to London French, a new League side at this level, went under the radar slightly, even though it pushed the 1st XV up to third place on 3rd October.
However, our old friends, Kilburn Cosmos, brought us down to earth with a 47-15 defeat last Saturday which earned the visitors the winning bonus point and blank points for the 1st XV: this was the same situation, last season, both home and way against the north-west London side.
There is no senior match, home or away, on 17th October but the 1stXV resume their league programme away to our other old friends, Verulamians, on 24th October: due to the continuing RWC, that kick-off is 1pm at Cotlandswick before everything goes back to 2.30 in November by which time the RWC will be done and dusted.
