Welcome to the U10's Squad Team Page

U10's are for Boys & Girls who are 9 years old at the beginning of September, i.e. in school year 5.

About Us
We've got a squad of 20 players who regularly turn up to play. We offer structured rugby skills training, as well as fixtures against other teams in Hertfordshire minis' league. In addition, we also enter county and national competitions.

We cater to children of all abilities - whether they have been playing to a high standard with lots of ability and experience, right the way through to those who have never picked up a rugby ball before. Our ethos is Fun, Fun, Fun and everyone gets to play - there's plenty of time for them to develop into the next International, rugby superstar!

Training & Playing

We usually train and play every Sunday morning. All 'home games' are played at our ground at the bottom of Byng Road and training starts at 9.45am. Please ensure your child has some rugby boots and a mouth guard.

When we have away fixtures, we advise parents in advance (most games are reasonably local). We usually train for the first hour and then play a match against the opposition.

Getting involved
If you would like your child to play fun rugby with a great bunch of players (and coaches!), you are very welcome to join us. You can just turn up on Sunday morning and give it a go. There is absolutely no pressure. They can join in for the first few weeks (at the start or at any time during the season) to see if they like it. For the U10's this season it is the first year of uncontested scrums, rucking & mauling, so a great time to join, as it's new for us all.
