Barnet U9's take on the big lads of Luton

Excellent turn out by the U9’s squad for a tough fixture at Luton Last Sunday where our boys met their match against some Big Boys of Luton Rugby club . Our A team managed to come up trumps and play some great rugby against Luton and Letchworth in a triangular fixture winning 3 of the 4 games with a thrashing of one of the Letchworth sides and narrowly drawing 1.

Unfortunately our B Side didn’t fare as good where tackles and strong running let them down, only for super sub KIPP to arrive late and glide through the Letchworth defence to score a try with his first touch after a couple of weeks out . The team bucked their ideas up slightly after this try but with a strong opposition and little lack of discipline it was tough to get back into the game. But overall well down for sticking in and turning out for a tough fixture. Also well done to Andrew and Adrian our new boys for getting stuck in.
