4. Disciplinary Procedures


  1. Oral Warning - between coaches & player delivered ad hoc when needed. Bringing club or team into disrepute both on or off the pitch.
  2. Formal Warning - arranged at a separate time from the incident. Attended by coaches, player and parents where applicable. Yellow cards, complaints from other team coaches, club officials or referees. Any repeated offence from stage 1.
  3. Final Warning - disciplinary hearing with written confirmation of decision. Referred to coaches committee. Parent & players expected to attend. Any repeated offence from stage 2.
  4. Club Disciplinary Committee - club disciplinary panel, hearing with senior officials of the club.

  • At any point any stage can be bypassed depending on the severity of the offence.
  • Each offence will be dealt with on an individual basis and common sense must prevail at all times as events will vary.
